Qualified Early Years Educators

Our teachers are championed for their expertise in creating a supportive learning environment.

Our certification requirements are CACHE level 5 for Managers and CACHE level 3 for Teachers at a minimum.

Many of our teachers also have degrees in Education and Teaching as well as Social Sciences and the Arts.

We also offer approximately 40 hours per year of Continuous Professional Development training for staff at every level.

I cannot recommend step by step nursery enough! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, providing a nurturing environment for the children.The facilities are clean, safe, and well-organized, with a variety of engaging activities that keep the little ones stimulated and happy. My child has shown so much growth and development since starting here, and I love the regular updates and communication from the teachers.Additionally, the curriculum is well-rounded, incorporating play-based learning with opportunities for creativity and social interaction. We have enrolled our child at step by step nursery as it has been highly recommended in the community.So far we are very happy with the experience and hope to continue this way, the staff at step by step is attentive and caring and they genuinely care for the kids’ wellbeingMs. faten is a great educator and the children evidently love her, our child enjoys her class and looks forward to going everydayMs Tanya is great and compassionate, my child loves her class and we love how she deals with the kidsThe assistants are very caring and professional as well.Ms.Amy is very warm and helpful and my child feels home when she sees them all so we are very grateful to all of them including management .overall its a great place and I would recommend it to any parents looking for a nursery

My second year of employment at a step-by-step nursery will come to a close in a few months. Working here has been an absolute delight. Unlike any other workplace I've ever worked for, our method of instruction and student learning is completely novel. Through internal and external training, the workforce has gotten sufficient assistance and advice. Working at Step by step nursery as a teacher has been a truly rewarding experience. The management is incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in our professional growth. They provide regular training sessions—almost weekly—so we are well-prepared and confident when we step into the classroom with our students. Children can develop their gross motor skills on our climbing walls and balance beams, while our sensory gardens and water play areas nurture language development.

An Outstanding Health & Safety Record

We adhere to both the UAE National Childcare Standards and the UK Welfare Standards. Our dedicated housekeepers clean and sanitise the rooms and equipment all day everyday. In addition, we employ the following safety and security measures:

24/7 CCTV Surveillance

Our premises are continuously monitored by a state-of-the-art CCTV system with a direct feed from the common areas into the Nursery Manager’s office.

Accessibility

Visitors can only gain access to the nursery via a secure entry system. Before being granted access, credentials are checked and government issued identification documents are requested.

Fire Safety

We have installed advanced fire alarm systems and conduct regular fire drills to prepare our staff and children for emergencies.

First Aid

All staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and are regularly updated on the current procedures for handling incidents and injuries.
