My daughter has been attending Step by Step nursery now for past 3 months and absolutely loves it. From the initial viewing to settling in to daily drop offs, I have been impressed by the kindness and support of all the staff. The nursery is clean, welcoming, with great displays and activities for the children. A huge thanks to Miss Stephanie and Miss Duasha for the care that they provide to my daughter. She is excited to go to nursery and the big hugs she gives you on a morning shows it. I highly recommend sending your child here as its a home away from home with dedicated staff to help encourage, enrich and care for your child in a brilliant educational setting.

I highly recommend Step by Step! Every member of staff is very welcoming and friendly. The team genuinely care about the development and wellbeing of my little one. I have complete confidence that my son gets the best care with them. The facilities are outstanding as the curriculum is well organized and systematic. I have seen incredible development in Aiden’s abilities, social skills and overall growth in his development. I’ve always been told the first years of a child’s development are crucial and am truly grateful to the loving team for having such a positive impact on my child. Miss Stephanie and Miss Duasha are incredibly kind and truly care for all the children in the class. They are attentive, warm and work tirelessly to keep the children engaged through creative activities. Hats off to Miss Zeina for fostering such an amazing team and running a wonderful nursery at such a high standard.

We joined the Step by Step Nursery before the birth of our second daughter and wish we had started there sooner. What a lovely, friendly community we have joined. The staff and teachers are all amazing and super professional. Our daughter has learned so many new words and life skills in the short time we have been with them. It is such a special place with one on one communication and a really positive learning environment. We really feel at ease when dropping her off in the morning because we know she is in safe capable hands and will come home having learnt so many new things.
